A Step By Step Guide
STEP 1
SEND US YOUR FLOORPLAN
Email us your floor plan and we will create a scaled spatial plan and advise on the best furniture package to meet your brief, space and budget. Our six curated collections will give you great value, high quality pieces that will stand the test of time.
STEP 2
SELECT YOUR PACKAGE
Whichever one you purchase, rest assured your property will be ready for the market, looking at its best. Alternatively, we can design a bespoke furniture scheme to meet the specific needs of your prospective tenants.
STEP 3
BOOK YOUR DELIVERY
Once payment has been received for your chosen furniture package, we will schedule your delivery and installation date. This is usually within three weeks of receiving your order – a much shorter lead time than that offered by most furniture retailers.
STEP 4
ADD YOUR ACCESSORIES
As well as furniture, we also offer additional kitchen, bedding and accessory packs that can be added to your order. These cover items such as cutlery, crockery, mirrors, cushions and artwork. Everything you need to make a house a home. Contact us now to find out more.
STEP 5
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
As soon as your order is ready, we will deliver, assemble and position your furniture and accessories. We look after everything from collecting the keys, putting cutlery into the kitchen drawers to hanging colour co-ordinated artwork on the walls. All to ensure your property looks its absolute best for the arrival of your tenants or guests.
STEP 6
READY TO RENT
Your property is beautifully furnished and all ready for your tenant or guest to move in. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the fact that you have maximised your rental income by choosing a highly experienced home staging company to furnish your property.
