Renting rather than buying the furnishings for our home staging services may be the right choice for you if you need to prepare a property for market quickly. For our rental packages, we can usually stage a property within two weeks of receiving your order. The other reason to go for rental instead of purchase is if you’re unlikely to keep the property staged for more than three or four months. In this scenario, rental is the more affordable option. (Our minimum rental period is three months.)

A Step By Step Guide

STEP 1

SEND US YOUR FLOORPLAN

Contact our friendly team for a no-obligation quote. All we need is your floor plan and an idea of your target market. We will then create a scaled spatial plan and tailor-made quote for you within 24 hours of receiving your information.

STEP 2

APPROVE YOUR QUOTE

Once you’ve given us the go ahead, we will create a design concept for your staged property including a detailed list of all the items included. Unlike other companies who provide rental home staging, we include everything you’ll need in the monthly rental fee. Items such as ornaments, cushions and artwork are all part of the package, ensuring the property will feel just like a real home.

STEP 3

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Once your deposit and advance monthly rental fee have been received, we will deliver, install and style all the furniture and accessories agreed in your home staging package. We will look after everything from light bulbs to bed linen. All to ensure your potential buyers or tenants will immediately feel at home.

STEP 4

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

For an additional fee, our highly experienced interior photographer can take professional images of your show home for you to use in your marketing, whether that’s for brochures, social media or press adverts.

STEP 5

READY FOR VIEWINGS

Your property is now a beautifully-furnished space, ready for your potential buyers or tenants to take a look around. When asked in a recent survey, both estate agents and property developers agreed that a professionally-staged home sells significantly faster than one that hasn’t been dressed in preparation for sale.*

STEP 6

REMOVAL OF FURNISHINGS

Once you have completed a minimum of three months’ rental, you can continue to rent your furnishings for as long as you require. At the end of the rental period, we will need two weeks’ notice to come and remove our items. As part of the service, we will remove all the pieces we installed, clearing up any mess in the process and filling any holes etc in the walls.
