A Step By Step Guide

STEP 1

SEND US YOUR FLOORPLAN

Contact our friendly team for a no-obligation quote. All we need is your floor plan and an idea of your target market. We will then create a scaled spatial plan and tailor-made quote for you within 24 hours of receiving your information.

STEP 2

APPROVE YOUR QUOTE

Once you’ve given us the go ahead, we will visit your site to take detailed measurements and to discuss your requirements further. We will then create a bespoke design concept for your show home including visual mock-ups and a detailed list of all the items that will be included in your home staging. Everything you need will be included in your estimate, with no hidden surprises, ensuring that you will know exactly how much your home staging project will cost.

STEP 3

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Once your 50% deposit has been received and contracts have been signed, we will book in your installation date. This is usually within four to six weeks of receiving your order. We will then deliver, assemble and style all the furniture and accessories agreed in your show home design. We will look after everything from light bulbs to bed linen. All to ensure your potential buyers will immediately feel at home.

STEP 4

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

For an additional fee, our highly experienced interior photographer can take professional images of your show home for you to use in your marketing, whether that’s for brochures, social media or press adverts.

STEP 5

READY FOR VIEWINGS

Your show home is now a beautifully-furnished space, ready for your potential buyers to take a look around. When asked in a recent survey, both estate agents and property developers agreed that a professionally-staged home sells significantly faster than one that hasn’t been dressed in preparation for sale.*

STEP 6

SOLD!

When the show home has been sold, you can sell the contents to the buyer as part of your marketing package, or alternatively you can sell the items back to K3 Interior Design. In the case of a phased development, we can move the furnishings to a new show home so that the design can continue to help sell your remaining properties.
